Craig Oki
Managing Partner

Craig started his career as an agent with New York Life in 2014. He spent one year in the field and did extremely well. In 2015, he won Rookie of the Year, achieved President Council* and the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT)**. That same year Craig was promoted to Partner. He was responsible for Recruiting and Developing new agents. He achieved the Partner Commitment Award in 2016, 2018 and 2019. He was ranked as a Top 50 Leading Partner in 2019, 2020, 2021. Craig was promoted to Managing Partner for the Idaho General Office in 2022.
Craig is happily married to Tiffany and they have a son named Garrett. In his free time he loves to spend time with family, friends, play and watch golf and basketball.
Josh Sarria

Josh Sarria is the Regional Development Manager overseeing the Montana and Idaho General Offices. He previously served as a Development Manager in the Utah General Office and began his journey with New York Life as an Agent in the Las Vegas General Office.
Josh joined New York Life in 2016, following a distinguished career with the Division of Forestry, where he served as a captain leading a 25-man crew.
Recently relocated to Boise, Josh is excited to embrace his new role and community. He is married to his wife Bernie, and together they have four children and four grandchildren, whom they adore.

With nearly 10 years of experience in the New York Life (NYL) world, Kira brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for relationship-building to her current role, which she has enjoyed for over two years. Before stepping into her current position, Kira worked as a Licensed Service Assistant (LSA) for a top-producing agent in Montana, where she managed incoming new business, client relationships, and new business platforms. This role gave her valuable insight into the NYL world from the agent’s perspective. Originally from Arizona, Kira moved to Montana in 2011 with her daughter, Aria, who is set to graduate high school this year and attend Montana State University in the fall. Outside of work, Kira and her boyfriend, along with their two dogs, enjoy spending time outdoors. They can often be found fly fishing on the rivers, camping, or hosting game nights with friends. Kira loves getting to know new people and embraces all that life has to offer.
Lisa Incardone
Service Leader

Lisa Incardone has recently taken on the role of Service Leader in the Idaho General Office.
Lisa joined New York Life in January 2005 in the Northern California General Office, starting as a receptionist and working her way up handling New Business, agent onboarding, licensing, and registration. In 2016, Lisa moved to the Idaho General Office, where she was promoted to Senior Specialist. She served on the Service Advisory Council in 2017 and 2018 and has been part of the Pacific Zone SEPS team since 2019.
Lisa is also actively involved in the community, serving on a committee for Breakthrough T1D (formerly JDRF) and helping coordinate their walk in Idaho. This non-profit organization is particularly meaningful to her as her entire family is affected by Type 1 Diabetes, and she has been involved with the walks since 2000 after her son was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes.
In her personal life, Lisa's daughter gave birth to her first grandchild in March 2022, and she loves being a Mimi and spending time with her kids and grandson. Lisa enjoys traveling, camping, and boating and is looking forward to the next chapter of her life as she moves into her new position as Service Leader.
